Dr. Peter Alan Stiles

I was injured in a work accident causing a very painful chronic nerve condition. I had been sent to other doctors by workmans comp and had a horrible experience. The doctor there basically said it was all in my head and I was self harming (which couldn't be farther from the truth) I quickly changed doctors and was sent to Dr. Stiles. I was extremely anxious and apprehensive about seeing another doctor since the first experience I had was so traumatizing but Dr. Stiles immediately put me at ease and diagnosed me with the condition I am being treated for currently. He told me it wasn't all in my head I was so relieved to finally have someone on my side. Dr. Stiles has been nothing but caring and attentive to me as a patient. He has an excellent way of explaining your diagnosis and what the various treatment options are. His treatment plans are individualized to his patients. You can tell he does his research and is up to date on current evidence based treatment approaches. He has a… great bed side manor and I couldn't be more happy with his care. I know I am in good hands with him. I would recommend him to any of my family members.

Dr. Stiles performed my anesthesia for a procedure at the University of Michigan. I was very nervous about the surgery, but after Dr. Stiles spent a good deal of time at my bedside before going to the operating room, I felt much better about going ahead with the surgery. He answered all my questions and was with me every step of the way. Excellent job and highest recommendation.
