I was a patient for over 30 years with both doctors that work at Best Care. I found them to be right on with their call on what was wrong with me on the many times I visited them. The nurses are excellent there. The front desk can be a little short at times but they are under a lot of pressure on occasion . Unfortunately since Obamacare came into effect it did affect certain things but not effect the care and concern of the doctors show.. The only reason I do not use them anymore is because I moved to another state. I can't find any doctor that can hold a candle to them.

I think it would be helpful if reviews/surveys required you to reveal your age, gender, and race because I've been seeing Strassberg for years (over a decade) and found that he treats different "types" of patients differently. So I won't say that people giving him a good rating are lying, but I will say they might just fall in the "group" he actually gives decent care. For the rest, he's incredibly rude, doesn't listen, doesn't offer any serious medical advice, and doesn't offer a proper diagnosis.

This office needs to close. It is outdated, doctors uncaring in my opionion and the office people are not helpful.
