Dr. Peter Takacs, MD

I saw this doctor for several years for a prolapsed bladder (Cystocele) which got progressively worse during that time period. As I look back, I realize that Dr. Takacs did not provide adequate treatment. For the first 18 months or so he maintained that the prolapse was not getting worse even though I told him it was protruding further and further into the vagina. He did not have me stand up and measure the degree of prolapse as my previous doctor had, nor did I get any advice about how to try to prevent it from progressing. I've never encountered a doctor with a worse "bedside manner". He was borderline rude, seemed to get irritated when asked questions, and spent minimal time with me. I continued to see him because I thought, that as head of the Urogynecology Dept., he was the best choice. When he finally recognized that the prolapse was getting worse, he suggested a type of surgery that involved removing the uterus, but was not willing to discuss the reason for the surgery… or to provide details. Instead he maintained, with obvious irritation, that I could find the information on the internet-which I could not. It was at that point that realized that I had to find another doctor. I have, and am delighted with her demeanor, willingness to answer questions and testing she has had done to determine the probability of successful surgery for this condition.

es el mejor medico que puede existir.humano, sabe escuchar y entender el problema de su paciente, si existieran 20 medicos mas como peter takacs fuera el mundo de la medina perfecta...ama su profecion,,,,a diferencia de otros medicos,,,lo unico que siento es que lo perdi como medico se me fue para otro estado. chicas tienen una oportunidad de oro,,,,tienen el medico mas brillante que pueda existir.....no he encontrado un medico que llene su espacio.....
