The staff is great! They were very helpful and friendly. I mainly got help from Dr. Tsai, Tim, and Kathleen. All were very professional. I appreciated how attentive they were to helping me. Also, it's a nice and clean facility, which makes the atmosphere more pleasant. I highly recommend this clinic.

After waiting 6 weeks I came in AM saw PA 45 minutes after appt time, looked at wrists, Dr Tsai came in talked for 2 minutes, left with two removable splints/ no instructions, and that was it. Everyone friendly. Guess I could have bought splints at Fred Meyer and not bothered them. Such is medical practice in Corvallis. Ps try to put removable splints on with wrist pain.

Dr Tsai did a super job. I would recommend him to all.

Have had three hand surgeries conducted by Dr Tsai - wrist fusion of the right hand, and partial fusion (which had to be revised, hence another surgery) of the left due to the ravages of hyper-mobility and osteoarthritis. Results very good indeed thus far. Still in the rehabilitation phase on the left hand, and Dr Tsai's excellent team is doing their best to ensure I get back as much hand usage as possible. Very pleased. I have every confidence in Dr Tsai's assessments and surgical expertise.

I have Dupuytrens Contracture on 3 fingers of my right hand. Dr. Tsai performed what I'll call a needle release on each of my affected fingers. It took under an hour. It was painless. The result was a truly significant improvement. From 70% to 90% improvement. The clinical environment was clean and well equipped. His staff was personable and competent. Put simply, this guy is really good.

Dr. Tsai has treated my rather severe Dupuytren's contracture using the Xiaflex treatment with exceptional efficiency. The small finger on both hands was well past 90 degrees of contracture when he started. My Eugene-Oregon orthopedic group said that my fingers were too contracted for Xiaflex, that surgery was mandatory. For Dr. Tsai, my curled fingers have been no problem. He has a refreshingly 'can do' attitude combined with wonderful skills and proficiency.

A visit to the Dr. is never at the top of the bucket list.. That said ,it was a pleasure, hard thing to say about surgery, to have a physician,i.e. Dr. Tsai who took the time to indulge a patients curiosity and accommodate my many questions. One should also mention the great outcome. Should this problem arise again (dupuytren contracture) this is the physician I want to see!

Quite happy with my treatment and all aspects of the experience. Although it turned out "not necessary," I did not receive a follow up call after my visit -- but, then again, I was not told that he would be calling me for a follow up in the first place. (I'm just going here with one of your categories to rate.)

I feel Dr Tsai is very honest and does a great job with his work. He has a good patient client relationship and an easy bedside manner. Bends over backwards to help the client. Accurate Diagnosis, and Prompt.
