Do not see this doctor. I don’t know who this may help, but as a teen I went to see him for vaginal pain and tearing. Without doing any testing and with only a glance, Dr VanDell diagnosed me with genital warts. At 19 years old this was devastating. After my initial shock wore off, I did some thinking. I had never seen anything resembling a wart. Had some more testing done with other doctors, including a Pap smear and a vaginal skin biopsy. THERE WERE NO WARTS. I’m 40 years old now and am speaking up. This doctor and that initial shame has haunted me for years. Do NOT see this doctor.

I been going to Dr vandell over ten years, he is very knowledgeable and understands his patients needs. I am not comfortable with just anybody examining me and he's was highly recommended and I now am highly recommending him.

I came to see him as a new patient with an acute issue. This was the best gyn visit in 10 years. And proves my thesis that male gyn doctors are the better ones. Very gentle examination, listened carefully and answered all my question. Showed interest in my overall health. Seems to really know a lot more than obgyn.

Mistakes made during surgery. Totally shut down & would not discuss or answer answer questions about problems. Required major surgery from another doctor to fix mistakes from first surgery.

Dr Vandell spent as little time with me as possible. I was very disappointed with his bedside manner. The other doctors in the practice are far superior.

Dr. Vandell very kind soft spoken and very attentive MD. I was referred to him by a Nurse (CM) and she referred me to the best. The staff is just great. Busy group and gets the job done!

Treated horribly by staff never saw the doctor. I was always bypassed by the assistants. Advised by assist that I was to old to have a child and this pregnancy should have never happened due to age. Found another Dr. to service me. Would never recommend!
