From Paula L. After coming home from my 5th visit to Dr. Vitulli I felt compelled to write him a review. If you are looking for a compassionate, brilliant, capable dermatologist in the east coast of Florida, Run, don’t Walk, to Dr. Vitulli!! I have been to a plethora of doctors in my adult life, (I am 62) and I must say he is the one of the most competent doctors I have ever seen. His bedside manner (not that that is a deal breaker as competence is king) is stellar. He is truly an artist. If you are looking to enhance your look (and confidence) with Botox or filler he not only takes his time and gives you his full undivided attention (a rarity these days when time is $$) but reviews all options and delivers sound advice. He then makes it clear that these are only suggestions and what he sees as the best choices in your quest to looking the youngest and healthiest you can without the “plastic surgery” look. He is professional and warm and respects peoples budgets. I… have brought friends there sometimes kicking and screaming being nervous he was going to ‘talk them into procedures’ that were out of their price range and they left thanking me, getting only what they were comfortable spending at that moment and not leaving feeling embarrassed if they got nothing at all or not all that was recommended. That being said, I decided to try the suggested Tempasure procedure that is basically a 3x investment out of the gate and worth every penny! This treatment has the feel of warm/hot stones (I chose to start on my face but will most likely do other areas when time permits) that over time penetrate your epidermis and starts to rekindle the collagen that we lose as we get older (yuck!). The best is when you leave the office you already feel great and look refreshed from the mild plumping of skin that appears after the procedure. That does slowly dissipates after a few days, but then over time, your own collagen starts to grow. You are not introducing synthetic products into your body so this is perfect for those who want a slow natural path to youth! Around 90 days later the collagen rebuilding really kicks in. The lines around my eyes have been improved dramatically as well as the tightness in my face and neck. I also had both Botox and some cheek filler and feel he was conservative and honest. (again, good luck finding THAT in Southern Florida!!) Last but not least, although I have never needed this, I have seen the photos of the amazing Mohs surgery that he is truly famous for. He is a master at his game of reconstruction. It was mind blowing to see the intense grotesque “before” pictures that he magically restored to new! Hopefully I shall never need anything that requires this expertise but if I did, sign me up Doctor V. Oh, and before I forget, the staff of wonderful ladies in the office have been so genuine and sweet! You feel at home and comfortable in the office and wish more doctors’ offices and people in general were more like this in this day and age. Hope this review helps you make an informed decision on choosing your dermatologist!

Dr. Vitulli is an exceptional physician and surgeon who's expertise and incredible surgical skills I've come to trust with my face and my life. His follow-up care is impeccable -- above and beyond than any physician has ever done for me. Dr. Vitulli's staff is outstanding -- I get treated like a family every time I come in for my appointments. I can't thank them enough. He is the physician who does healthcare the right way with boundless passion for it.

Dr. Vitulli is a really good dermatologist. He takes his time with his patients. He answers your questions and concerns.And he has an excellent light hand. When he treats you there is no pain. His office is very inviting. His staff is top notch. And he honors his appointment times. Just sit in his waiting room and listen to how highly his patients talk about him .That's what I did prior to making an appointment.I wolud highly recommend him.

I was very nervous about going to a dermatologist, I am so glad I chose Dr. Vitulli! My neighbor has went to him for many years and highly reccommended him. He reassured me that what I had was treatable and it was! So happy with the office over all. He even called me over the weekend!

I made an appointment as I had not been to a derm. in several years. During the appointment I began to ask questions about several areas on my skin. He told me that I was only there for a "skin check" and that if I had any questions, I would need to make an additional appointment. I was not event told not to wear make up or nail polish for the appointment, so he snapped at me for doing that. He also left the room wile I was undressed and not covered, exposing me to two people on the other side.

Dr. Vitulli is an experienced and knowledgeable doctor who, along with a great staff, takes excellent care of his patients. I'm very happy with the outcome of the services I receive.

I need an appointment for a skin problem spreading

I have been under Dr. Vitulli's dermatology care for a number of years. He is always professional and concerned with his patients well-being at all times. After my Mohs procedure he called me for follow ups on my condition personally. How rare! He is a SUNsational DOCTOR !!!!

I went to Dr. Vitulli's office on account of finger lesions that seemed harmless enough. Upon carefully inspecting them, he decided to have a couple biopsies to be on the safe side. The results came in positive for cancer (meaning that I had cancerous tissue), and he subsequently removed the diseased tissue using the Mohs technique. He scheduled the surgery ASAP, but took his time to do it right when operating. He has his own Mohs laboratory, which has many advantages. His choosing Mohs surgery surely not only spared unnecessary loss of tissue, but more importantly helped insure that finger functionality stayed intact. From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed with the way he and his team treated me as a patient and person. He has the right amount of aides and assistants, and each that I had the pleasure to deal with is friendly, well-informed, and glad to help. It is a real pleasure when the doctor is as punctual as the patient is, and his and his team's regard for my… time was well appreciated. I also like the way that I was treated as a worthy person, and not "just another patient." His office staff members took care of all insurance matters quite efficiently. I am quite happy to be a patient of Dr. Vitulli and his competent team members.
