Waited 5+ min for acknowledgement or check in. Forms to be completed online weren’t received. Had to redo. Records And referral that were to be requested, weren’t received. When asked for them (By 3 different staff members), I stated that time of scheduling appt, I inquired if I needed to do any of this and was reassured they would do it all. Had to repeat xrays that were just done 3 mths ago. During the whole appt, questions couldn’t be answered because it’s not what they do, deferred back to our dentist (even though we were there as a second opinion consult from another surgeon) and because they had no records. Would have been more professional to let me Know (when calling to confirm) That they weren’t able to get records and appt would be useless. I am very upset at the way this whole appointment went.

I was treated so poorly that my blood pressure shot up to the point where i nearly had to go to the hospital. It all started off because these guys wouldn't accept a panoramic that is less than 2 years old? For what? For money? Dr. Wagner apparently made this decision to not help me even a little bit. These guys weren't even willing to call my insurance company to tell me if a new one would be covered or not. Seriously think about that - they wouldn't even call my insurance so I could get them paid. I had to call them. They also didn't tell me the dentist that referred me to them didn't send over the referral and panoramic information they requested until the very last minute the day before my appointment, then waited until I showed up in person to tell me that I need a new panoramic. Every last sentence I had with the staff there was greeted with hostility and malicious intent. It's nice to see a company rather line their pockets than to change peoples lives. I hope that… gets you that golden belt buckle on your Bugatti "DR" Wagner

This Dr does not have a clue how to reassure and work with children!

Worst experience I ever had. Just rude rude rude people. I even told him I can't take motrin because of my heart (heart attacks) and he told me "see's NO reason I can't.". Well my Heart Doctor at Fredeort Hospital (best heart Hospital in world) said I can't. He argued about it. Your a dentist bro. Receptionist was the rudest person I have ever met!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Didn't know I had to pay $85.00 after procedure, and she kicked me out like I was a dog with flees. Then I called back to let them know I was going to pay and leave bad reviews.........they told me that they kicked me out cause they felt threatened!!! Ok..... Over $85.00?????????????? STAY AWAY. CHOP SHOP.......DON'T GO TO THIS DENTIST. HORRIBLE, I MEAN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Wagner was exceptional. He was very gentle and easy going and made things very comfortable. I was extremely nervous entering and relaxed leaving. Who can say that about having a tooth pulled? I recommend Dr. Wagner to everyone!
