Dr. Peter Volkmar Wentzel, MD

He’s an amazing doctor! Almost my whole family goes to him and they love him as well!!

I moved from Grafton, to Parkersburg, but I still go to Dr. Wentzel. He is one of the best Doctors around. I also consider him my friend, not to many Doctors you can say that about. My husband was also his patient before he passed, from a brain bleed during surgery on his back. He never rushes me on my appointments, he always listens, and he cares. That is rare in this day and age.

Pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. One of my favorite physicians.

Dr. Wentzel was great along with the whole staff. From arrival to leaving, everyone was very polite and professional. I've been to a lot doctors who want to just give you an Rx and not really help you find a cure for the issue, Wentzel is far from that. He's a problem solver and is what a doctor should be.

THIS DOCTOR WAS GIVE HE JOB ONLY BECASUE THE MAIN DOCTOR LEFT TO HAVE A LIVER TRANSPLANT AND THE CLINIC DIDN'T HOLD A JOB FOR A MAN WHO GAVE 20 YEARS TO THEM!!! I SEEN WEASEL IS WHAT ALL THE LOCALS CALL HIM!::: NO MATTER WHAT IS WRONG HE WILL TELL YOU TO GO EAT SOME LEAFS OR ROCKS AND THAT IS ALL YOU NEED. I KNEW A MAN THAT WENT TO HIM AND WEASEL TOLD HIM THEIR WAS NOT ONE THING WRONG WITH HIM AND TOLD HIM HE JUST DIDN'T WANT TO WORK THAT MAN WENT BACK ON THE ROAD DRIVING TRACTOR AND TRAILER GOT SICK ON ROAD WENT TO A DIFFERENT DOCTOR AND DIE WITH IN 3 MONTHS ****ATE UP WITH CANCER***** I KNOW OF MANY PEOPLE WHO HE TOOK BLOOD PRESSURE PILLS FROM WHO HAD TO GO SOME WHERE ELSE I KNOW ONE PERSON WHO ENDED UP IN THE ER AFTER WEASEL TOOK ALL HER MEDS AWAY CHOLESTEROL PILLS I AM TALKING ABOUT SHE WAS TOLD THAT HE COULD HAD CAUSE HER TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK. MY SELF I HAVE ASTHMA AND THE WEASEL TOLD ME TO GET FREASH AIR. I COULD LIST MANY MORE BUT YOU GET THE POINT. THE FRIST RATING I READ I… KNOW WAS HIM THE WEASEL REVIEWING HIM SELF.

Very empathetic doctor and you don't feel rushed. Listens very well and gives your input the weight it deserves. I don't like taking meds for every little thing and he doesn't push that down your throat (figuratively) like many other doctors do. He reminds me of my all time favorite doctor when I was an adolescent, you know, the days when a family doctor actually made house visits LOL No, that I know of, he doesn't make house visits and I find he does get booked up fast, so try to make your regular appoints ahead of time! But in my book he's worth the wait.

i don't even call this mana Doctor! he is a smart, mouth that wants to take everyone off heart meds and he don't understand what it means to be caring. he told me that i had nothing wrong with me and i went to the hospital and was addmitted for 2 weeks. with breathing problems! i know he sent a young man to his grave ; that lived out by the lake in grafton because he would not do any test to see what was wrong. a year later the man was ate up with cancer! i know to many people who has been in that office and was taken off important meds. wen's the wicky will tell you that eating a leaf will heal you or he may tell you to go sit in the sun, he is one of those crazy health nuts that think modern medicein is wrong and that everyone should go back to chewing on tree bark!

Dr.Wentzel is a wonderful physician. He knows how to listen is very caring. He beliefs that you know your body and you can help him help yourself.
