I thought everything was going fine, First appointment was rough when he said to keep off leg for 3 months, but once i made it very clear it was not feasable, things got better, testing went good in the office, then the problem started. Told to call for insurance information myself, and return the paper, once it is turn in they will submit immediately for prior author for surgery. Well, their immediately is a week later and then it is denied due to incomplete paperwork.

Dr. Wong was very courteous but very businesslike. He answered our questions and only went into the detail asked so we didn't feel like he was being arrogant or one of those docs that say "just do what I tell you to do". He was very succinct.

Bulging veins in my neck on one side/extreme pain in the area for over two years and he says nothing is wrong with me. will not request test that I need to diagnose the problem, Rude and just acts like he doesn't care also his assistant is also rude.
