Dr. Peter W K Yeung, MD

Character limits prevent me from putting full details to demonstrate how bad my experience with Dr. Peter Yeung. This was the worst experience I've had with any medical provider and his patient care should be audited. He seemed irritated from the start, complaining about his busy office and dismissing my attempt to remain positive about a busy office meaning trust in his care. Despite my detailed medical history provided beforehand, he asked me to repeat it, then offered vague explanations for my neck pain, citing muscle tightness and narrowing bones, but failed to address my specific concerns. The appointment felt rushed with him attempting to quickly refer my to PT and accupunture after my explanation and glance at my history. When I asked about the cause, treatment plan, or the possibility of nerve issues, he became defensive and dismissive. He refused to engage with my questions, dismissed suggestions from other doctors, and brushed off the idea of an MRI, and accused me of lying.… His tone grew combative, accusing me of being argumentative and wasting his time. At one point, he stated he did not have to listen to me unless I said "please." By the end of the visit, I felt unheard, disrespected, and undermined. Dr. Yeung’s dismissive attitude and hostility made it impossible to trust his expertise, leaving me with no answers and the need for a seek support from another provider. Seeking care should never feel this hostile or unproductive.

Dr. Yeung has been my doctor for more than 10 years. He listens and will explain things. Professional and compassionate. The staff is fabulous.

Since 2016 every time I visit Dr. Peter Yeung office, I feel so confident with him, he truly cares about all his patients and so knowledgeable, he pays attention & listens carefully to what I say and he has treated me for my back pain and knees so well. Dr. Yeung not only is a great doctor but also, he is a great gentleman, he greets his patients so nicely and politely and when I leave, he shows me the way out and guide me to the X-Ray room if needed. I am so happy & pleased to be one of his patients, Kaiser Permanente should be proud to have him, Thank you

I’ve been seeing Dr Yeung, do to Chronic Back Pain for over 5 years now. He always listens to all my concerns and tries to figure solutions we are both happy trying out. You don’t feel rushed when seeing him in fact make time to see him you’ll be there at least 30 minutes talking to him, you feel like the visit was worth your time as well.

Dr. Yeung was very kind, pleasant . He listened carefully to my medical Problem. He alway treated with care.

I have been seeing Dr. Yeung for my lower back pain and each time he always takes care and attention to my concerns as a patient. He explains things in an easy to understand manner and always makes sure he has addressed my questions. He is an excellent, kind, and empathetic doctor. I'm grateful to be under Dr. Yeung's expert care. He is one of the few best doctors Kaiser has to offer! I am very thankful!

I used to take my mom (who was in her mid 90's) to see Dr. Yeung regarding her severe osteo-arthritis. He was always treated my mom with great care and provided the best possible treatment for her pain. I have also been seeing Dr. Yeung for several years, most currently for severe leg pain. All I can say is that Dr, Yeung is a wonderful doctor. I truly appreciate his explanations in detail to all my questions. He is very patient. I never feel rushed. I always recommend him to family and friends who are KP members.

I was in extreme pain, and was able to see him quickly. He listened to me and really shows how much he cares about his patients. He makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend and who cares.
