I honestly wish I could give more than five stars because this doctor deserves a 10+. I had been dealing with a serious injury for over three years, and despite seeing more than seven different highly recommended doctors, nobody was able to figure out what was actually wrong. Then I found this doctor, and he was able to identify the problem that everyone else had missed. I eventually had surgery, and now, about three months after surgery, I’m doing very well and everything is going in the right direction. What really stands out about this doctor is how much time and attention he gives to his patients. He listens, explains everything clearly, and genuinely tries to understand the root cause of the problem rather than simply looking at test results and following the usual routine. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful. I truly feel like he looks at the whole picture and thinks outside the box to find the actual issue. After years of frustration and seeing so many… doctors without answers, having someone finally figure out what was wrong made a huge difference in my life. I’m incredibly grateful for his care and expertise. I would recommend him to anyone who is struggling with an injury and feels like they haven’t gotten answers. Truly an exceptional doctor.

Remembers us every time we come in even though it's only once every six months. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Dr Otlans is very thorough, and always walks us through xrays, pointing out progress made over the last few years.
