Dr. Petre Udrea, MD

I started taking my father to Dr Udrea approximately a year ago. At first his staff and nurses were great. They accommodated late appointments for me to bring my father in because of my work schedule. Then the scheduling staff would schedule my appointments and then call me back telling me they needed to reschedule. I would call them and try to get another late appointment and they started telling me the latest appointment they would do is 4pm. When in the past I had 4:18 and 4:30 appointments. I told the scheduler the last time, I had later appointments in the past can I get another 4:18 or later appointment. She told me that they only go as late as 4. I tried to explain to her that I was calling to reschedule an appointment that I had for 4:18. I had it written on my reminder card. Then I told her that this has happened before and I always reschedule for another late appointment. She would not reschedule so I asked for a nurse to call me back so I can try to get a late appointment. A… nurse finally called me back 4 days later!! I was very cordial to the nurse because I really thought they would work with me because of past practice. The nurse finally told me she couldn't schedule anything past 4. I then asked her if the policy had changed because of my past appointments. She then told me No it had not!! I tried to explain it to her that I have had late appointments then she basically said this is what I have and this is it. She then told me to call my fathers regular physician and get another referral for another Neurologist! Wow!! I thought I had a great doctor. Maybe he is but the scheduling staff and nurse that I spoke too need to be fired and new employees need to be hired. I've been managing people for over 30 years and that's what I would do!! Be courteous to the people you talk with on the phone. They are seeing their loved ones deteriorate before their very eyes. I'm just hoping the scheduling staff and the nurse I spoke too think about how they handle this and remember to accommodate and love their patients and patients families.

I was diagnosed 12 years ago by Udrea with MS . Long story short I had a relapse and it landed me in the emergency room. Him and his crew of 7 said I was a miracle I do not have MS .. Mind you I seen the MRI on my follow up appointment and seen the scars on my brain.. (pointed out and he chose to ignore with another MRI and follow up in 2 months!) After 8 months I still have no Idea what is going on and all my records are missing from the system. I feel horrible and losing many functions due to what is a medical cover up , Un-able to correctly look at an MRI to see the Legions on my brain but I saw them with my own eyes and have had 5 MRI's over the last 12 years. I would not do anything with the Kettering Medical network (Ohio)and his Non Professional Doctors. over 20,000 in bills and still nothing after 8 months? Neglect and no meds to help! I'm deteriorating and they do not care that I'm almost wheel Chair bound. Hope This helps you ..
