Doctor Matsen was condescending, did not look over my medical records appropriately prior to our visit, did not seem to care to hear or address my concerns and at one point asked me to tell her how she should do her job. Leaving me with zero faith in putting my health in her care.

Dr. Phebe Matsen has always been so good at listening to my needs and really seeing me as a whole person, not just numbers. I happen to have a lot of mental health needs and she has always been helpful in both managing my medication for depression and anxiety but she was also the one who sorta saved me by getting me fast care with a therapist when my life fell apart a couple years ago. She makes me feel seen and listened to. I am very Grateful to be able to see her. That being said, when I needed to see others in the clinic, I have always been treated well and felt comfortable with all of the staff and providers.

Great visit. Listened to all my needs and answered all of our question's. Dr. Matsen, is a great honest provider and makes me feel as if I'm very important to her at the time of visits! All of my visits with her are EXTREMELY EXCELLENT. Enjoy her so much, down to earth and speaks with words I can understand.
