OMG! I just wrote a long involved poor review of this Dr and it disappeared. I guess that’s how he keeps his ratings up. Here is the bottom line. Horrible experience. Accused of selling pain medication BECAUSE my UA was clean. Denied needed pain treatment based on this assumption. Completely political. $300 for 60 seconds of useless time. I have been exceedingly sick for almost 4 months without ANY help or effort to help. Jumps to conclusions without evidence and doesn’t listen to the patient. Save yourself some grief and find a different doctor. This guy could not care less. He would let you die.

Dr.Haggerity He is very through and he always answers all your questions and he's never in a hurry when you are in his office he takes time making sure he has very thing done before you leave and he is great on getting you in on time and you never have wait more then 5 minutes or so and he great when you need to test done

I visited Dr. Haggart when my doctor wasn't available. He was very kind and through. He had a good bedside manner and asked a lot of questions. His diagnosis was quick (within 5 hours of testing- called me at home)and he was good at explaining everything to me. I never felt rushed. I recommend him and would absolutely return.

Inept, emotionally unstable. Possible multi personality complex. Seems to vacillate between God Complex, narcissistic tendencies, to self deprecation depending on personal life. Blames patients for his inability to diagnose, and treat minor illness. Does not follow up on Specialists referrals, serious lack of professional discipline.
