Patient Policies
Appointments can be made by calling the office during normal business hours, and patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for paperwork. A $50 fee is charged for cancelled or missed appointments. In the event of an emergency, patients should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For all other urgent calls, an on-call physician is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Prescription renewals are handled during normal office hours, and in some cases, a patient may need to be seen in the office before medication can be renewed. All office visits are payable at the time of service, and the office accepts cash, checks, and most major credit and debit cards.
