He does not listen to his patients ,he cannot comprehend not to share files w anyone ,he us rude insensitive ,and stupid , he has no sense or empathy for anyone one unless they are wearing tight revealing clothes . ,he had the nerve to yell at you while you are asking questions ,he does opposite procedures that ain't nessacary for the patients ,he prescribes too much medication and no clue ,why the patient is getting worse ,what a pathetic excuse for an ob

Dr.Basala seems like a caring Dr, but he doesn't explain nothing about medicine he gives a patient! he expects a person to read his mind! Had a lot of extra care needed because of his failure to inform me properly. Do not recommend him!

Had one visit and that was enough. Wanted me to have a DNC, which wasn't needed and I have never had to have even after 5 yrs. Office was going to follow up once they received equipment to do it in their office....never happened.

I have been going to Dr. Basala since I was in my early 20s. Which is about 15 years now. He is a wonderful doctor. He is very caring and dedicated to his patients. His staff are very friendly and courteous.

Dr. Basala has amazing bedside manner and truely cares about his patients concerns. The listens, thinks and finds the best way to help. He has helped me through Lifestyle changes as well as problems and I have no complaints. He also has a great staff, each and every one of them.

Dr Basala is the best urologist I ever went to.He rightly labels his office as an Interstitial Cystitis Clinic. He not only spends time listening but spends a lot of energy and time figuring what the best course of treatmment('s) are for you. He is even willing to try treatments you might bring to him that he does not routinely use in his practice.
