Dr. Bowman grew up in the suburbs of Washington D.C. and attended the University of Maryland Medical School after graduating with high honors from the University of Maryland in College Park in 1974. Dr Bowman completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1982 and has been practicing in Easton ever since. He has served on numerous committees over the years and has participated actively in the many changes that have taken place over the last thirty years. He has delivered over 5000 babies in this community... and counting. Dr. Bowman was Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1984, and has maintained active recertification since then. He is currently the chief of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Easton Memorial Hospital.
