Dr. Philip Chiou, MD

I saw Dr. Chiou for neck pain and shoulder pain and he helped me understand all my treatment options. I’ve tried numerous modalities like massage, acupuncture, physical therapy and he encouraged me to continue pursuing those things. Meanwhile, he helped me out with an injection which helped improve my pain when it would flare-up. I would highly recommend Dr. Chiou as someone who offers a balanced approach to pain management.

Just looking to churn as many epidural injections as possible.

I feel Dr. Chiou really listened to my needs and goal, and explained my options very clearly. He was very open to me trying alternative treatments and did not just try to convince me to take pain meds as I thought pain doctors would do. He even took time to talk about new government rules about narcotic pain meds.

Dr Chiou helped me a lot and I was able to go back to work.

It is unfortunate that drug seeking patients have attempted to disparage the reputation of my amazing doctor. If you are a drug seeker, than this is not the doctor for you. If you want a doctor who is compassionate, knowledgeable, and exceptionally skilled with the latest procedural techniques than Dr. Chiou is a fantastic choice. I have had an amazing experience under Dr. Chiou's care. He always explains treatment options in great detail, and collaborates with me to make medical decisions. I am so glad to have a doctor like him.
