Doctor performance during treatment was inadequate. I would like to share my experience with Dr.Davidson and I know every experience is different from others. While seeking treatment for awhile I had noticed Dr. Davidson finds reasons to have me keep coming back for an unnecessary reason and I believe due to having more money into his pocket. Just an FYI Dr. Davidson is with every Attorney in Utah. When you do retain an attorney just so you know the Attorney's will just have THE VICTIM sign documents than to find out you signed a lien that was not talked about. This experience with Dr. Davidson and the Injury attorney's in Utah make me sick. I am the victim of a car accident but yet Dr. Davison and the Attorney's find more reasons to make money and to make sure the victim is left with nothing after settlement. His charges for treatment is what he wants in his mind not the actual cost of a treatment. Please waive options before your Attorney directs to see Dr. Davidson. While seeking… pain management the medical treatment I received the DR. diagnosed me incorrectly. I have been blessed by a wonderful physical therapist who has helped more than any injury specialist doctor could!! Wish the patients well and Good Luck!

It has been several years since my 3rd knee surgery. The 2nd and 3rd were done by Dr. Davidson. I have PTSD from the post op pain. The pain and management were terrible post op. Before surgery I found him to be confident and caring. But when the post op pain was unbearable and my physical therapist wrote a letter to discuss post op pain and range of movement issues my concerns were dismissed. My physical therapist was very concerned and wrote a letter. Dr Davidson’s response to the letter was ‘I think you are overly concerned about the appearance of your scar.’ What? Here I am 7 years later at the age of 37 with a knee that no one will touch. I’ve had several other consults and have been told that because of the ‘unique’ surgery Dr Davidson did they can’t help me.

Dr. Davidson has a wonderful team and did an awesome job with my surgery. He was very prompt and I felt little to no pain after.

Doctor Phil had my MRI showing a labral tear, but he still wanted to make sure that my neck pain was caused by my shoulder and not the other way around. I saw a spinal doctor in the same office whom stated my shoulder was in fact the cause of my neck pain. He is very thorough and respectful of his patience concerns. This is the first time I have had any kind of surgery and it went very smooth. His staff are experienced and kind. I would recommend Dr. Phil Davidson to anyone needing shoulder or knee surgery.

Stay away. No skill, just a research doc. Had to have TKR revised. He had no concern for my pain and post op problem. In my opinion, worst doc in SLC on many levels.

Dr. Davidson was attentive, patient with my milieu of questions, and my surgical outcome was superb.

I am 7 weeks post op from a partial knee replacement. Dr. Davidson and his staff have been very professional and although I've got a way to go on my recovery, I am very pleased with my results. I have read some of the previous comments and want to say that that has not been my experience with Dr. Davidson. He has answered all of my questions and concerns. He is direct and doesn't spend a lot of time on chit chat, but I am not there to chit chat, I'm there because he is a top notch Surgeon and knows what he is doing. If I have knee problems in the future, he will be the one that I continue to go to.

After seeing more than ten surgeons, Dr. Davidson was the only one that spent significant time with me. While I have not yet had the procedure we discussed, I feel like he clearly outlined the possible routes and risks available to me in my situation. I feel confident moving forward in choosing him as my surgeon.
