He was nice only my first apt. Then I felt rushed, and everyone in the back is kind of rude except for the 2 girls in the front. He has to be out by 12. Way too many people for them to handle. then to top it off, there are mistakes with tests that can slander a person. I am very upset and would NOT recommend to anyone.

I’m not sure if the 4’s and 5’s are family members or work at the clinic, but this is most definitely one of the most poorly run office I have ever seen. They don’t return calls, don’t follow-up, and if you get a call back it can be 5 to 10 days before you see any action, but those only after calling multiple times. The staff is rude and lazy. I would not recommend this doctor. He’s accepted too many patients not only in the clinic but also in nursing homes. There should be some type of oversight for these offices too keep greedy doctors from taking too many patients. If you’re looking for pills, I suppose people love him but if you want coordinated healthcare, this is not the doctor for you.

This office is a joke. They have you make appointments to give info your allowed by HIPPA to give over the phone. If you do not have insurance and already paid almost $400 for something simple, you shouldn't habe to wait for a opening to pay more money out of your pocket to get some results.

Dr. Elangwe is wonderful. He has a great attitude, finds out the problem and does not just treat the symptoms. I changed my insurance company just to be able to see Dr. Elangwe.

Dr. Elangwe actually CARES about you, listens to you, discusses issues with you, is knowledgeable about many diseases and syndromes that most have no clue about and what he doesn't know, he researches while you are there, if possible. Wait times are sometimes long, but it's worth the wait. I have made him my daughter's PCP, and recommend him to my family members! Love him! He should teach a class on bedside manner and how a doctor SHOULD BE!!!
