I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Feldberg today to discuss dental questions I had. I am incredibly grateful for the time he spent with me. He couldn’t have been more helpful, or nicer.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST DENTAL CENTER in CT! They are completely unprofessional, unethical, and rude. These people have lied on my medical records, stating they were making an upper denture and a lower partial at the same time. My insurance company/and husband paid for both, but instead of receiving a lower partial...which I was never given a try-in, accepted, or received...they pulled out the teeth ($350 per tooth) and I had to have a very costly surgery for implants (over $10,000)...paid in full and out of pocket! I had to go to a different dentist to have the procedure finished and to have a new upper denture remade. They had the nerve to try to bill me for dental "hardware" (that connected to the implants) they did not provide AND THAT I HAVE PAID IN FULL TO MY NEW DENTIST. They have also taken money out of our checking account and DID NOT CREDIT our bill. THEY ARE STILL SUBMITTING BILLS (that have already been paid in full) FROM 1 AND 2 YEARS AGO TO MY NEW INSURANCE… COMPANY...who is investigating them. They are also being investigated by my old insurance company. N.E.D.C owe us quite a large refund, which if we do not receive soon we will be pursuing legal action. If you're looking for a dentist you can trust and rely on...THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! If you already are a patient, I suggest you request an itemized bill and dental records and compare them to your dental insurance explanation of benefits.

Family feel waiting room with a wooden train kids can play inside and a huge saltwater fish tank with clown fish. I had a good experience.

All this SOB is interested in is money. He could not care one bit about you or anyone else.
