Dr. Philip Feliciano is a vascular surgeon who specializes in treating conditions affecting the blood vessels throughout the body. He earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency training at Oregon Health & Science University. With 41 years of experience in vascular surgery, Dr. Feliciano brings extensive expertise to patient care. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.
