He performed an appendectomy on my daughter. Maybe his abilities are ok, don’t know. What I do know is that he nor anyone from his team contacted me after her surgery to let me know how it went. How she was doing. I was told that someone would call me so I waited in her room rather than the normal waiting room. My phone number was verified for this purpose. But nobody ever called me. I had to hunt down the information that she was in the recovery room.

Dr. Fong is one of the best surgeons I've ever had. I wouldn't want any other general surgeon. He is extremely thorough and his bedside manner is one of the best! He responds to messages and answers questions quickly. His entire team of PA's and his administrative assistant are also excellent! If I could give him 10 stars, I would!

He’s one of the best doctors I have ever been treated. He listened to my medical concerns carefully and tried to think the problems from the patient’s point of view. He’s very considerate, sympathetic, and confident!
