Took the time to reassure me, answer all questions. Never felt rushed and he made sure I was booked with the proper doctors for fellow-up care. Staff did seem a bit rushed, but were always helpful with appointments, insurance, and printouts of test results.

Dr. Gachassin and his entire office really are involved with the whole process. I had the gastric sleeve done with him. I was given a wealth of information and resources by everyone there. They made me feel completely at ease and confidant in what was happening. Sometimes the wait in the office is a little on the long side, but I have seen that is because he deals with everyone completely. I never felt "herded in and out" of his office. I don't mind him taking a little longer on other patients because I know he will take as much time as I need when it comes to me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in bariatric surgery. The entire staff visited me at least once while I was in the hospital.

I was very surprised and pleased at the care that Dr. Gachassin has given to me. He has had his staff call and check on me when I had seen him earlier in the month. It is very comforting to have a dr. care like Dr. Gachassin does and to have the care and helpfulness of his staff makes recovery a lot easier.
