Dr. Philip William Girling, MD

I would never, and never do, recommend Dr. Girling! He is very unprofessional with his words and behavior(s) to you and his patients! As a mother of child who needed help I was appalled and gladly left his practice with NO regrets for doing so! He was not helping my child and just wanted to medicate him over and over!

This Dr. was rude and unprofessional. He took it personally if I was late, even if the reason I was late was because I was almost too depressed to come in. Belittled me and made me feel like I was wasting his time. He is not from here and doesn't seem to sincerely care, like he's in it for the money. He was weird and I will never go back.

Office staff very busy. But got my appt scheduled and verified what my payment was. Dr Girling discussed my case, took thourough history. My kid is doing great. Been to 3 other doctors. All wanted multiple drugs and told me bipolar.

very little wait time. spent extended time with me, answered all questions.

The worst possible experience a patient could have. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

- He is belittling.- Argumentative- He makes snide remarks about your care/behavior.- He is accusatory regarding whether you have been taking your prescribed medications or not.- If you have a physical reaction to a new medication that he starts you on three days prior, and you end up in the ER due to seizure-like activity, he has the gall to say that maybe this reaction was "all in your head ". (Even though you have no history of seizures or uncontrollable movements.) - He is the Office Manager and when making a complaint, he became very unprofessional, defensive, and combative. My "opinion" did not matter and he was dead set on letting me know that he did not think that my concern was a problem.-I dread going to see him and wish that I could find a more professional, level-headed psychiatric doctor in this town.
