Very disrespectful. I was also shocked by how poorly he treated his staff. This man thinks he is superior to anyone else he comes in contact.

I tried booking an appointment with him, but his staff is extremely disorganized and unprepared. Originally I booked an appointment through ZocDoc they told me the date I selected is unavailable; however, they never updated their appointment times on ZocDoc. They then cancel my appointment (which is expected since the doctor is not in town), then they re-schedule me for a Wednesday without even informing me. Then they call me to let me know that my Wednesday appointment (which they booked) will not work because the doctor will be out of town. Also, when it comes to insurance procedures they have no clue. Overall, dealing with his staff has been a nightmare scenario.

I have been to him several times and each time I have had to wait over an hour to get in. Once you get in, he is unprepared and disorganized: in general, I noticed he does not have his act together. Because he is late and hurried to see you and then disorganised and forgetful about your case, he then cannot accurately and thoughtfully give you a proper solution which is the whole purpose of your visit. In short, he is an amateur. He can't be very bright because he's been "practicing" for 30 years so he should have become a professional by now!
