Phillip Henkin murdered my twin brother due to his habitual reckless driving. He has never offered an apology.

dr Henkin is great to some people, people who know no better, being in the medical field its kind of hard for him to bs me. surgery was inn feb this yr. now May 17, worse than befrore, tingling all down arm, pain, non stop, the gentelman at the front desk is wonderful. the female doing authorizations wont last much longer. she is awful in every way, Dr henkenn stares at screen and does not listen to my concerns. I must be imagining this. Drs arent really like this, OR ARE THEY? HE JUST KEPT TELLING ME TO BE QUIET WHILE TRYING TO TELL HIM ABOUT MY PAIN..... WHAAAAAAT

In 2021 Dr Henkin was referred to me by my pain management Dr. I had appt within three days of calling. Had surgery within a week . Dr did a great job. U was scared because my sister had same surgery in WV six months prior n now paralyzed. Thank you Dr Henkin.

On Jan.13, 2022, Dr. Philip Henkin, neurosurgeon, performed his 4th successful surgery on me. This one was a "keyhole lumbar laminotomy", for severe stenosis, & degenerative disc disease, causing pain & numbness in my back, butt, legs & feet. The 1st 2 surgeries were in Dec.2018 & Jan. 2019 - for carpal tunnel on each hand. That ended 30 yr.s of increasing numbness & severe night pains. My hands are perfect now! & in Feb. 2019 he did a 4 & a 1/2 hour "anterior cervical discectomy & fusion", replacing 3 bad discs with artificial discs & putting in a steel plate & screws, & removing bone spurs - thus ending 30 yr.s of neck & arm pains & numbness in my hands. My problems started at age 34 & I came to him for the 1st time at age 68 in 2018. For years I had tried all kinds of exercises, swimming, physical therapy & home neck traction, - just managing to "get by". Were it not for Dr Henkin's 4 wonderfully successful surgeries (with no complications!), I would be a pain-ridden… wheelchair-bound cripple. He was always polite & kind to me. & a man of integrity! Dr Henkin is an excellent doctor & has great bedside manners. He has placed a valve behind my right ear that controls the shunt in my head for hydrocephalus. He will very soon do laparoscopic surgery on my back for spinal stenosis. I highly recommend him for his amazing work that he does.

Very satisfied with Dr Henkin He explained with details the results of the MRI of my back, did listen to all my concerns , and explain accordingly. Dr Henkin did surgery on my back 6 years ago and was a very successful surgery. Highly recommend Dr Henkin. Office staff are very friendly and profesional.

My appointment was at 3:15pm, Feb 24th 2021. There is no respect of time nor empathy for the patients going through server pain. After waiting for more than 2 and 1/2 hour, I was called in at 5:40pm. It was no more than 5 minutes with the doctor, him assuring its nothing to do with cervical or spine issue its shoulder/ortho issue causing this acute pain. Here I am still dying of pain, all two doctors I met after him clearly confirmed its the issue on C4-C7 cervical bones pushing that's caused more damage to my right arm, which is totally not been able to use. Went with so much hope but came back with total disappointment, they are yet to send the update to my PCP and call me back on the ortho appointment they promised. Will never recommend him to even worst of my enemy.

I spoke to several nurses at Brandon Regional hospital who said that Dr Henkin is an excellent surgeon but has a very poor bedside manner. I first met Dr Henkin at the hospital before abdominal surgery and noticed right away that he kept interrupting me and didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. I tried to warn him about swelling in the infected area and was later told by a nurse who had been there during the operation that the infection had burst out all over him. Neither he nor any of his staff met with my family after the surgery, which is usually common courtesy after an operation. Hospitalized again a few days later, I was told that Dr Henkin must evaluate me before I could be released. The nursing staff called his office many times over three days and a different doctor finally released me from the hospital. I waited over 2 1/2 hours at my follow-up appointment at his office. He didn't show up. I never went back. Now I need a neurosurgeon again, but I will never go back… to this man!

Gave a Patient Stitches in office without any Numbing Agents and kept Shushing the patient when patient was screaming out in pain!!!!!!!!!!!
