The best. Been seeing him for 20years

Spends adequate time in the visit - doesn't rush things.

Dr Kaczar detected a colon cancer in my mother when the radiologist reading her film that ought it was only a "shadow." He is a great clinician and one I trust my life with. He had many family meetings with us and was always there for us. He gives personalized attention, which is so rare these days. Do not believe any of the negative reviews - he is excellent.

Waited for months for an appointment. When verifying insurance, they never returned phone calls. Was told to be at appointmenet before 1pm. When we got there, receptionist sat at desk and never acknowledged I was there, even though I stood there for 5 minutes. When I was callled to the window, she was rude and short. When I told her I was looking for a new doctor and I was not sure if this was the right place because of the way I was treated - ignored, she became defenssive and started to make excuses. Bottom line, she said she was on a lunch break and didn't have to acknowwledge patients until 1pm. I spoke with the Office manager and expressed my concerns and no effort was made to reschedule or see if I could still see the doctor?? Nothing. I am guessing the doctor may be OK, but the staff is absolutely the worse I have ever seen. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! There were three other patients in the office and all were treated the same way. Thought about writing to the doctor, but was sure… any correspondence would be intercepted and destroyed before he ever saw it. I was extermely dissapointed and have started my hunt for a new doctor. Very dissapointed by this entire experience. I would stay away fron this place.

How did this guy make it through his training. The perfect mix of hubris and incompetence and no bedside manor. I would not recommend him to a dead dog.

I have seen Dr. Kaczar for several years and as I age my medical issues are increasing. The office staff are prompt and responsive to my referral and document needs. Dr. Kaczar is empathetic and respectful, never abrupt. He sees me on time.

Dr. Kaczar takes whatever time is needed to listen to your concerns and address each of them. He calls me personally with my test results. When he feels a specialist is needed, he recommends quality doctors. I love Dr. Kaczar. I hope he will be in the area and in practice for a long, long time!

My husband and I both have chronic diseases. Dr. Kaczar is able to manage these diseases with minimal referrals to specialists.

I find Dr. Kaczar to be very competent and very knowledgeable. He listens to you and takes time to understand your medical conditions. I do somewhat agree with the angry reviewer about the office staff. I feel as though I must use kid gloves with them, or else I would get the ax.

The office staff is the rudest most incompetent set of individuals i have ever met.. They are ignorant and have not one ounce of compassion.. they also are selfish and extrememly unprofessional and i wouldn't trust any of them with my records or the care of any patient that crosses the door, Dr Kaczar could be an excellent doctor if he had the courage of his own convictions and perhaps trusted the truth verses his office manager's ignorant selfish incompeten personality.. she most assuredly would be a red fklag for any doctor.
