Dr Phillip Kaiser and staff at California Pacific Orthopedics are great. They got me an appointment two days after I was in the ER after rupturing my Achilles. Dr Kaiser’s review of my injury, explanation and treatment plan was personable, professional, empathetic and enable me to make an informed decision. I have a PPO and I was doubly impressed that he recommended a less invasive treatment option than straight surgery. He and his practice would have made much more money with the surgical option so this reassured me that his recommendation was based on what was best for me. Follow up scheduling and additional office locations have been great. Also their partition My Chart has made it easy for me to access my medical records, share them with my sister who is a doctor, schedule appointments, and pay my patient bill portions. Also during my brief time in waiting rooms, I have had several conversations with other patients who all expressed similar satisfaction with Dr Kaiser and… other staff at CPO.

I recently had a fractured femur sustained during my trip abroad. I had been treated by several doctors including at the ER and an Orthopedist in Helsinki. Upon returning to the state, I followed up with CPMC Urgent care upon returning to the States where I was referred to the office of Dr. Kaiser. Everybody at his office was very nice and helpful including the assistant nurse. Dr. Kaiser provided quality care and took the time to explain to me the fractured bone and how to take better care of it for faster healing. I am glad to have been treated by Dr. Kaiser. His nurse assistant, Anka Alexandru was especially helpful, attentive.

A warm spirit and a smiling face….he. Was congenial and put me at ease by answering my question patiently.

I have. seen multiple Foot & Ankle Specialists for the same problem. My gut reaction was "no" to proposed surgery and wasted $ on orthotics. Young & super well trained have now identified a super subspecialist.
