Office stated they accepted insurance. I drove 1 hour, took time off work, only to be turned away because they don't accept my insurance. I lost money for being off work, wasted gas driving to the office only to be turned away in severe pain for not accepting my insurance. This was the 3rd incident with the office. Very poor office management and customer service. Dr is talented but not worth dealing with his office.

After years of struggling with KP physicians and over booked pain management center, I finally received a referral from another excellent Physician Dr. Heidrick. Dr Khoury, examined my MRI and history in detail and immediately my symptoms began to improve. Within a month he was able to dial in my RX without making me feel like a drug addict like Kaiser did. I cannot wait to change to a PPO so I can see both of these compassionate Doctors regularly. Thank you Dr. Khoury for helping get my life back on track!
