Easy to talk to. Promptness. Never want to lose him as my physician

I have been a patient of Dr. Kiratzis for 6 years. He is kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He asks about lifestyle changes that could help my mental health. He is conservative with prescriptions and very cautious with any drug that can be habit forming. I could not ask for a better psychiatrist.

Lost interest in anything I had to say once I told him no to antidepressants. He rushed me out the door and said see you in 3 months. Massive waste of time. Completely useless individual. I recommend talking the rocks in the parking lot instead. Better than talking to this absolute joke

Dr. Kiratzis related to me before I even walked into his office that everything I disclosed about myself, with him in sessions, might be required to be extensively related to the insurance companies that insured me. His personal integrity regarding dr/patient confidentiality was no longer viable when he had to answer to an insurance company. But if I paid cash he would not disclose anything about me to anyone or any corporation. (Maybe?) I walked out. How could I trust a guy like this? Can you?
