Dr. Philip Warren Kramer, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Kramer's for over 23 years. His compassion, patience, understanding and knowledge of his craft is unsurpassed. The only downside is the wait time. Never expect to be in and out in an hour. However, when it comes to my eyes, he is certainly worth the wait.

Dr. Kramer saved my life! By diagnosing my condition and getting me to the proper specialists immediately. Dr. Kramer has worked closely with my oncologist and ocular oncologist for the past 3 years, had it not been for him, I may not be here today. He is incredible. The entire staff has been extremely helpful, courteous and compassionate. The technicians were very knowledgeable and the surgery staff efficient.

The title says it all.. I had an appointment in which the nasty receptionist informed me that there was no appointment in the computer. She walked away from me mid conversation multiple times and her overall attitude was unpleasant. I never got to see Dr. Kramer but the overall experience was negative due to dealing with a nasty receptionist that needs to take a class in how to respectfully talk to patients

Dr. Kramer is a wonderful doctor very informative and professional. His staff is very cheery and helpful. I enjoyed my time in the waiting room, while the girls are walking back and forth.

Firstly, Dr. Kramer is a great doctor. But to see him you must endure his staff. I came in for an urgent appointment and they were rude from the moment I walked in the door. After the exam, the doctor gave me a receipt with no instructions. My eyes were dilated twice and so I did not look at the signed copy of the receipt I was handed. After I returned home, I received multiple phone calls from the staff accusing me of "taking" the receipt. They even called my mother, which as an adult, I believe violates patient confidentiality. After yelling at me for ten minutes that it was my fault and I should have known, though I was given no instructions, they "allowed" me to mail it to them the next day. Absolutely terrible way to treat a patient.

DR Kramer would not update my contacts even after changing my glasses prescription and my informing him that my contacts were too strong. I tried for two weeks to get an update or call from him and after being told numerous times that I would receive a call back from him, I never have.

Wonderful kind doctor. However the staff is terrible about calling your insurance for prescription refills, prior authorizations on medications or answering questions. If it wasn't for this wonderful doctor and his expertise I would not return.
