Patient visits feel disorganized and rushed. He lack’s attention to patient needs in managing side effects from treatments resulting in a constellation of health issues that delay treatment and severely decline quality of health to the point of requiring hospitalization to manage symptoms. Not to mention that under his care, said patient‘s cancer progressed significantly after treatment was paused and patient was forgotten about for months. Patients do not feel heard when expressing concerns about side effects and more frustrating yet, when he does acknowledge their concerns, he does not follow through to ensure prescriptions are approved (or available) to combat the side effects in order to safely and successfully resume treatments.

Lack of respect towards colleague patients. Lack of on time communications with patients. Treat patients using old therapy and not much have knowledge about NOVA medicine.
