Very friendly and efficient staff at the front desk check in and back office. They made sure I didn’t wait too long. The doctor was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain all the details of my condition. Very satisfied with the care I received here.

At every single visit, I've ended up waiting a total of 2 hours (some of the time in the waiting room, and the rest of the time in an exam room) before seeing Dr. Matorin. (Yes, there's consistency in that, but not the type of consistency I prefer with my medical care.) While his office staff is pleasant, I simply don't have that kind of time in my schedule, especially for what ends up being, at most, 10-12 minutes of his time. I'm currently searching for a new ENT.

Dr Matorin was highly knowledgeable, experienced and very thorough in examination, testing and treatment of my condition. I required surgery, and I was very pleased with his treatment of me. He does speak very quickly and doesn't appear to like repeating himself, so pay attention! His office staff are friendly and accommodating. Waiting room times for appointments average 10-15 minutes.

Take his time to find a best treatment for the patients in both financial and medical concern.

My Son is a teenager, age 15 who had a tumor in his neck. This tumor was in a sensitive area close to his salivary glands. I took my Son for a consultation, was late (I lived far) and forgot to bring his x-rays. The staff was very patient with me as was Dr. Matorin. Not once was I looked down on, my Son is a Medicaid recipient. The surgery went really well and my Son only has a small scar. Thank you Dr. Matorin and staff!! May God continue to bless Doctors like him :)
