Dr. Philip Lawrence Michaelson

He was rude to the patient in the next cubicle over and then rude to me. He needs frequent moments to get his emotions in check.

Office Manage extremely rude. We were not told prior to the appointment that they will NOT bill you second insurance. It is up to you to do it. They made us pay upfront even though we have 2 insurances. Now that my second insurance has paid them, after I submitted a claim form, and I cannot seem to get my money back. Would not recommend this office because of the office manage and the young lady who answer the phone. She failed to explain the office policy regarding the secondary insurance.

He was a very uncaring doctor. I was referred to him and was highly disappointed. He seemed on edge most of the time and talked to me like I knew Dentist terms.

Dr. Michaelson was an arrogant, uncaring man. He had no regard for my pain, nor did he appear to have a clue what was going on in my mouth. When I asked a few questions his answer to most of them was " I gave you my diagnosis ". If he did, the fact that he spoke to me as I I had studied dentistry didn't help me. I left his office feeling I paid for absolutely nothing.

Would not go to anyone else!

Dr Michaelson was great. He took me in because I had some severe pain , squeezing me into his busy schedule on a Friday afternoon. He explained what was going on during the entire pro exude making sure I was informed and comfortable! That evening he called me at home to see how I was doing and offered advice on how to treat the soreness that was a normal experience for patients after a root canal. I appreciated all that he did and felt so much better!
