Dr Philip M Montefalco

Dr. Montefalco grew up in Chicago, Illinois. He received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Illinois Benedictine College. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with Magna Cum Laude distinction from Loyola University in 1989. He completed his four-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Illinois, Cook County, and Michael Reese Hospitals in Chicago. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Indiana University School of Dentistry and Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery/Comprehensive Dentistry Department of St. Francis Hospital. His practice interests include implants, orthognathic (jaw) surgery, facial trauma, obstructive sleep apnea, facial cosmetic surgery and facial rejuvenation.
