Dr. Philip Moore, MD

All of the high reviews must be plants because this guy is non-existent. Apparently he visits my father in the hospital but.....I've been asking to talk to him for 2 weeks after another stint in the hospital and never talking to him, this guy is running a racquet. If he actually returned a call or did ANYTHING proactively, he'd get a higher grade.

I can’t say anything about this physician’s way of treatment because I never met him. I went to his nurse practitioner and she was professional enough. The slimy practices the billing staff engages in are enough for me to warn everyone away. They will send you to Mercy Medical Center for routine chemistry draws and then it will be billed as a separate hospital bill. When brought up, the office manager is basically rude and full of it while trying to justify double dipping. Stay away if you value your money. There’s fraud being done there.

What doctor do you know that goes out of his way with old people....Dr Moore!! He is so understanding with my Mom and visits her!!!

Dr. Moore has been our physician for 20 years. Don't know what we'd do without him and his Highland staff. Dr. will patiently listen, and carefully evaluate your problem. His Highland staff is caring as well and are always willing to give you the help you need. We always feel we are in very good hands when we arrive at Dr. Moore's office, from start to finish.

My wife and I heard about Dr. Moore and made an appointment to see him. We ended up being seen by his associate Jacqueline who was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. We know how good Dr. Moore is from other people we know and Jacqueline is fantastic also. Would recommend both to anyone any time. The staff was nice and efficient also

Dr. Moore is an incredible doctor with a great bedside manner who is very warm and caring. However, his staff is the polar opposite and at times have made me reconsider returning. They are very rude, short and make you feel as if you're bothering them making them do you a favor. If his start were more professional and courteous, this would be the best place on earth!

Terrible experiences (multiple) had to find a new Dr. .He is quite the actor, then hides behind his ridiculously agressive "office manager" and rude staff to do the dirty work of charging the maximum possible amount to you and you insurance co.. I would believe his staff is undercompensated why else would they talk to customers so rudely? I had to stop going life is too short to pay people to treat you like dirt.

Excellent doctor, very caring and will spend time with his patients during office visits, showing concern for their well being and willing to answer any questions you may have.

Staff is very Rude and does not return calls, I have left three messages and have yet to receive a call.

dr moore has been my dr for years and he continues to be the best dr around a great listner very caring to his pateints and his staff are great always answers all my questions and concerns if anyone needs to find a good doctor call dr phillip moore you wont be dissapointed
