Dr. Philip Nagel, MD

Was rude to me from the minute he walked in the door. I was there with my Mom because she was referred to him for some issues she was having. He told me to google my Mom's diagnosis. Very rude and condescending. I also witnessed how rude he is to his own staff. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Save yourself stress, time Very uncaring Should not be a doctor

Tried for almost three weeks to contact for an appointment with Dr.Nagel. Had proper referral from my physician, left messages with Nagel's app't. office. My physician even re-called to find out why they weren't taking care of this and was told they would call me immediately. That was 4 days ago..and still no contact. I had never had any previous contact with Dr. Nagel or his associated group, so it wasn't like I hadn't paid them or missed scheduled appointments. I've now asked my own dr. to give me a referral to another dr. or group. Very unprofessional!! Don't even bother to try and get an appointment with this bunch.

Excellent. Procedure quick and easy. Nurses at Good Shepherd hospital were very caring. Just had to wait a little longer then expected.

Rude and arrogant waited 1 hour after my scheduled appointment for him to come in room 5 min consult- I told him I could not eat anything and had lost 70lbs in 5 months- he asked me if I had any women's problems and his diagnosis was any further tests would be over the top- not even a blood test- awful man
