I’ve never been treated so rudely beginning with my hospital stay. All was good before surgery, kidding and joking around. Once surgery was over I was treated poorly. I developed a blood clot which I had to tell him I believed I had. He did the test saying to me, “if it makes you happy “ to have it done. His assistant was rude as well. This was 2 years ago and I’m still suffering with a bad knee. I ended up in ER, they couldn’t reach him. I saw him next day and instead of looking at my knee and swollen leg, he pointed his finger at me and actually yelled at me about going to the ER. He actually said I was to call him, did I understand?. He wouldn’t even look at my leg. Walked out on me. Never saw him again and no one has ever followed up with me from his office. I was shaking and in tears when I left. Very Arrogant

Dr Neubauer did a knee replacement for me. He is very caring and takes time to explain the process and to answer questions. I highly recommend him.

Been to see him several times . Dr Neubauer always listened , took his time and offered more than one option . His expertise , knowledge and recommendations were spot on and he treats patients like they are family. He replaced my hip a year ago and I have been living pain free and doing things I couldn’t do before and couldn’t be happier. I am glad my friend recommended me to him and now I am recommending him to all of my family and friends because he is the best in the area .

I was referred to Dr. Neubauer by my personal physician. My daughter was getting married in Mexico and I was having severe knee pain. I was determined to walk her down the aisle. I asked Dr Neubauer if we could do arthroscopic surgery on my knee and he advised against it. Instead, he gave me a cortisone injection and it cleared up the pain. He was very honest with and I appreciated that very much. I would recommend him to anyone because of his honesty.

He replaced my hip and made my leg 3/4 inch longer than the other. He refused to order any diagnostics to determine the difference in leg length and failed to even refer me to a Physical therapist. This guy just wanted to deny the problem and have me go away. I was able to get a much better doctor at Union Memorial. Dr. Nuebauer is a bum

Have had many visits to his office, very satisfied and feel that he is highly qualified. Great personality, cares about the well being of his patients. A very competent surgeon at Mercy Medical Center

Refuses to propose any solution to the problem

Thanks to Dr. Neubauer and his staff I am again living pain free. I can't imagine a major surgery like this going any better. His bed side manner helped a very nervous patient feel at ease with the whole experience. If I were to ever need another hip or knee procedure I would only trust Dr. Neubauer to do it. He also would be my only recommendation to any friend or family member. It's been two years since my hip replacement and I couldn't be happier with the results.
