Had my first telemedicine appointment today, and it was great. The nurse called 30 minutes before and walked me through the process. The treatment by Dr. Nicol is superb. After 15 years taking diabetes medication, I have been able to get off the meds.

This so called doctor needs to retire not very knowledgeable in his practice and is not respectful towards his patients I guess they just anyone practice medicine these days I will be finding another practitioner to help me

This “doctor” should have retired after selling his practice to Tidelands Health. This practice has severely gone down hill since Dr. Johnson relocated and this condencending pompous individual returned. I will say that his hands are tied by Tidelands, but he actually verbally put me down for explaining my medical history in detail. You would think Dr. Nicol was a neurosurgeon or an oncologist with this his nose so far up in the air. Run people, run as quickly as possible from him and Tidelands!

worst of the worst rude arrogant acts like he walk on water staff not caring uncompassionate, including nurse practitioner and staff one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. No proper follow up.

As a transplant to the area and leaving my PCP of 30 plus years I was nervous about finding a new doctor. Dr. Nicol has been wonderful to me. He goes over everything clearly. He has helped me shed a lot of weight and improve my heath.
