FROM MY FIRST VISIT TO THE LAST ONE, MY EXPERIENCE WITH DR. PENROSE AND HIS STAFF HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. THEY ARE PATIENT AND GENEROUS WITH THEIR TIME, WHEN WE HAD TO CHANGE APPOINTMENTS DUE TO THE COVID VIRUS. WE RESCHEDULED AND I DID BOTH EYES WITHIN TEN DAYS. THE HOSPITAL STAFF THAT ASSISTS IS PATIENT AND KIND, WHILE DR. PENROSE WALKS YOU INTO THE OPERATING ROOM HIMSELF AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING. BEFORE YOU KNOW IT, THE PROCEDURE IS OVER. THEY FOLLOW UP CLOSELY FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AND ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR QUESTIONS. DR. PENROSE HIMSELF IS A WELL SPOKEN AND GENEROUS MAN, WHO PATIENTLY EXPLAINS ANY QUESTIONS AND IS RELAXED. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF AND WAS GENUINELY PLEASED TO FIND MY EYES IN GREAT SHAPE. YOU WILL ENJOY HIS WORK AND HIS STAFF, I GUARANTEE IT.

I had consulted with another reputable local surgeon prior to committing to Dr. Penrose. He is not only very knowledgeable but also he and his staff are very comforting, and this was what motivated me in my decision.
