Dr. Philip Robert Spandorfer, MD

Dr. Philip Spandorfer, originally from Columbus, Georgia, earned a degree in psychology from Emory University before completing medical school at the Medical College of Georgia. He went on to train in pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), where he completed his residency, chief residency, and fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine. He remained on staff at CHOP and taught at the University of Pennsylvania before returning to Georgia in 2005.From 2005 to 2017, Dr. Spandorfer split his time between general pediatrics and the Pediatric Emergency Room at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Since 2017, he has focused entirely on general pediatrics, with over 25 years of experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of childhood conditions.
