Dr. Philippe Gailloud is world renowned as an interventional neuroradiologist at Johns Hopkins Medicine in Baltimore. He patiently and persistently pursues the cause for his patients’ rare spinal vascular disorders. In my case, he found an elusive Spinal Dural AV Fistula that had been misdiagnosed at other reputable institutions. He then successfully embolized the Fistula to repair the problem.
