I have been a patient of Dr Noel for over 20 years & he has always taken the time to speak & Listen to what I have to say. I have always had an accurate diagnosis & a referral when needed, His staff has always been courteous & professional. I also have been able to make an appointment on short notice. I would recommend Dr Noel to all.

I went to Dr. Noel for what I thought was a scratched cornea (had the same signs/symptoms in the past). He took a ridiculously thorough history (like which ankle was broken when I was 8 and who the orthopedist was) and a urinalysis. He diagnosed and treated it as conjuntivitis. After a few days when the problem seemed to be worse, I went to an eye specialist who diagnosed it as a corneal ulcer. I will not use this doctor again and would not recommend him. I would prefer seeing a competent PA at a different office.
