He has changed and is not the same kind doctor. Staff is incompetent and rude.

Dr. Aronoff has been my doctor for over 25 years. We have our ups and downs, yet I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is compassionate, but honest. Puts up with my silly personality, and calms my fears as I grow old.

I would highly recommend Dr. Aronoff to anyone looking for an excellent primary care physician. He is very thorough, knowlageable, and has a wonderful personality. The care and warmness you feel from the staff is nothing short of exceptional. I have been a patient of his for several years and plan on staying with him until he's no longer practicing. I personally have not had any problem with waiting to see him. BUT if I did....it will be well worth the wait.

Phillip Aronoff is a rare breed of doc. He takes time with the patient, never rushes in to unecessary testing and is an amazing diagnostician. You may wait a while in the lobby, but when it's your turn, his time is all yours.

I have been going to Dr. Aronoff for about 10 years now and he is just terrific. ONCE I had to wait quite a while due to an emergency, but I feel once in 10 years is not bad at all. He is always ready to sit and chat and answer any and all questions or concerns; he will call you back personally if you need him rather than his nurse; he is just altogether a wonderful doctor. The only thing that occasionally is a problem is that he can't always squeeze you in for an untimely appointment, i.e., if you wake up with a sore throat, cold, etc., there is no guarantee that he could squeeze you in that day, but they definitely do try.
