Dr. Phillip Walter Holmes, MD

Dr. Phillip Holmes is a family medicine physician who has dedicated over three decades to comprehensive patient care. He earned his medical degree from the Sanford School of Medicine at the University of South Dakota and completed his residency training at the University of Minnesota Health Care System. With 32 years of experience treating patients and families, Dr. Holmes brings extensive knowledge to his practice. He communicates with patients in English.

Dr. Holmes maintains affiliations with Stevens Community Medical Center and practices at several locations throughout Minnesota, including Elbow Lake, Morris, and Hibbing. His clinical expertise encompasses treating conditions such as refeeding syndrome, loss of trunk control, and general weakness. He also provides therapeutic services including physical therapy, strength training, and manual therapy to help patients regain function and mobility.
