Dr. Phillip Walter Holmes, MD

Dr. Phillip Holmes is a family medicine physician who has dedicated over three decades to providing comprehensive healthcare to patients and families. He earned his medical degree from the Sanford School of Medicine of the University of South Dakota and completed his residency training at the University of Minnesota Health Care System. With 32 years of experience in family medicine, Dr. Holmes brings extensive knowledge to treating patients across all age groups. He provides care in English.

Dr. Holmes practices at multiple locations throughout Minnesota, including Stevens Community Medical Center in Morris and Prairie Ridge Hospital and Health Services in Elbow Lake. His clinical expertise includes managing chronic respiratory conditions such as COPD and chronic bronchitis.
