Dr. Phillip Thomas Iero, MD

I took my Dad to see Dr. Iero for an extraction. My dad is in his seventies. I worry any time he has to have a procedure. Dr. Iero was referred to my by Dr. Chance. I have to say that the entire experience at Dr. Iero’s office was well beyond what I expected. They have a beautiful office, a polite staff and the BEST oral surgeon in Houston!!!

so shocked to see all these negative comments! my experience with dr. iero was anything but "deceptive". my dentist referred my daughter to dr. ierofor her wisdom teeth extractions. she had a time constrait, but his staff was very accommodating . dr. iero was highly recommended but was out of our insurance network. his staff explained to me the difference between going in and out of network, we decide to visit anyway. the whole experience went well, i even got a phone call that same evening by dr. iero to check on my daughter (which i thought was a nice touch), and a complementary follow up visit a week later! you should just do your own diligence and educate yourself before giving this awesome practice a bad review. DR. IERO IS GREAT, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Our experience with Dr. Iero could not have been better. He performed my son's wisdom teeth extraction and it was a very positive experience. We highly recommend him.

Dr. Iero and his staff are liars and incompetent. Dr. Iero's staff miscalculated my bill multiple times and each time mailed me a letter demanding prompt payment or else. Dr. Iero billed me for things that were not possible. For example, my husband received a phone call about 20 minutes after dropping me off to come pick me up because the procedure was done but Dr. Iero charged me for 45 minutes of anesthesia. How is it possible to charge me for 45 minutes when I was clearly under for less than 20 minutes. Do not trust this man. He will take you to the cleaners and send his banshee staff after you.
