I have been a patient of Dr Phil for more than 20 years and I would not see anyone else. I am diabetic and he takes care of me. There have been many medical problems for me over the years, and he has yet to fail me in his care. There have been many time that we have disagreed,but we fight it out . If I don't agree with him I say so. I guess you could say I treat him like a son, but I don't always agree with him. I think he is a good careing person, because if he wasn't he would not see me any more. I argue with him

I saw Dr. Jones for severe shoulder pain. He wrenched my arm around to the point of putting me into tears and stated I had a rotator cuff tear. I asked if I needed an MRI to confirm that and he said no, it was not needed. I was about a month away from getting my insurance (so all of my appointments I was paying out of pocket) and I asked him what I could do until then, so he gave me a paper with back exercises and told me that no medicine could work for any pain I was in...actually said that pain medicine doesn't help pain! I felt like I was treated like someone who was "fishing for pain medicine". I called back a week later because the pain was very bad and they more or less told me "oh well". The girl on the phone was very rude. I will never recommend this office to anyone and I feel that they just want your money and do not want to help in any way at all.
