Dr. Phillip Jones treated me for 7 months and I continued to get sicker. My internist was surprised 7 months later after my visits to dr. Jones, I was not better. Dr Jones diagnosed and treated me for asthma which I DON'T have. I have allergies. I walked out of their lenoir city office with serum another highly qualified, brilliant allergist is treating me with which has helped tremendously.I refused to get my allergy shots there because of rude nurses. They lost the best nurse they have ever had, Nicole. She was always so kind and professional! Now the office has changed. I haven't seen Jones in yrs and don't want to see !Jones!!! He doesn't know what he is doing!!! They waisted postage stamp telling me they wouldn't treat me again, which if I had been happy with him and his treatment worked, I would not be going to another highly qualified allergist , Dr Pienkauski who is brilliant and I am so much better now!!!

Great doctor!! Very nice nurses and staff!! Clean office!! My experience with Dr. Jones is always PERFECT!!!!!!

I had a serious diagnosis and he managed it decisively and accurately, closely following me with care and compassion. He's known among medical professionals as the best, and as a medical professional myself, I agree.

DR Jones is by far the best allergist in this area. I took my son in to see him for an allergy problem and he was kind, patient, and got to the bottom of my sons allergy problem. He offered us a couple of options to try before we start allergy shots. My son is 7yrs old and is afraid of shots. We couldn't have asked for a better doctor. Thanks DR. Jones

I was very impressed with Dr. Jones and his office staff. He is very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. He seemed to genuinely care about providing an accurate diagnosis and treatment for my condition.
