Dr. Phillip Parker is a Pediatric Dentist and Orthodontist located in Norman, Oklahoma specializing in routine dental care for infants, children and teens, as well as orthodontic treatment for children, adolescents and adults. We also welcome patients with special needs to our office.

My daughter saw Dr. Parker for the first time this morning. The hygienist was very impatient and rough with her even though she was doing extremely well. It was then time for my daughter's x-rays. The hygienist placed the bitewing in my daughter's mouth and tried to force it shut. As she did, the bitewing slid to the back of my daughter's mouth and lodged in her throat. I yelled that she was choking and sat her up and pounded her back. After about 30 seconds, my daughter threw it up and took a breath. The hygienist was mad at me and told me she was fine and was "just gagging." I was shocked at her response and refused any more x-rays. 2-3 minutes later, Dr. Parker came in. The first thing he said was that she just have a strong gag reflex and acted like my daughter was overly dramatic. There was no apology from the staff or any question as to whether my daughter was ok. I am shocked and cannot believe these people serve children. PLEASE do not take your children here!

Insisted that my child have FULL SEDATION to fill a cavity (at the cost of over $1,000.00 - after insurance). When I asked for more options was denied. Went to someone else who gave us excellent service (price tag: $250.00). HUGE RED FLAG is that he does not allow parents to accompany minor patients into exams. NOPE. NOT FOR ME.

We have seen Dr. Parker for several years and are extremely pleased with the care we receive. Dr. Parker has kept track of my son's bite and crowding at his cleaning appointments, and we recently started braces. The changes we have seen in his smile in just a few months are amazing. We love Dr. Parker.

My son just got his braces off and his smile is beautiful. Very good experience all around. Quick appointments, kind staff. We visited multiple offices about getting braces and are very happy with our in choice in going to Dr. Parker.

Very kind doctor and staff. My 4 year old loves to get his teeth cleaned, which is pretty amazing to me. Highly recommend this office!

Great dentist and friendly staff. My children feel comfortable and enjoy their visits to this office. Dr. Parker took a great deal of time with us and answered all of my questions. Staff is wonderful with children!

Our family has been very pleased with our experience in this office. Dr. Parker is great with my kids, very knowledgeable, up-to-date office and technology, and wonderful staff. Plus, I love that we can have our dental and orthodontic treatment in the same place. Very convenient!
